Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced operations consultants to train AI language models on professional presentation tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated slide decks across client proposals, transformation roadmaps, operating models, and executive workshops.

Role is fully remote with flexible hours (5–20 per week, or more). Ideal candidates have 4+ years in top strategy/advisory and exceptional PowerPoint craftsmanship and written communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years at top consulting, strategy, or advisory practice (e.g. Big 4).
• Strong expertise in client deliverable structure, storylining, and data exhibits.
• Expert PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: client proposal decks, transformation roadmaps, operating model presentations, executive workshops, benchmarking exhibits, and final report production.
• Produce client-facing decks and internal slides with high quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clarity, data integrity, and polished narrative.
