Job summary

Cyclomedia Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Product Manager to own our Esri integration as a product, shaping vision, strategy and roadmap with a strong emphasis on commercial outcomes. You will collaborate with Esri across product and sales to grow data revenue and strengthen ecosystem partnerships.

You will also own the data and rendering APIs and the developer portal, improving the developer experience so customers can access and integrate Cyclomedia data with minimal friction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a technical or business/innovation field.
• 5+ years of working experience.
• 3+ years as Product Manager in tech (SaaS or API platform).
• Experience owning partner/integration relationships with commercial outcomes.
• Experience with API products or developer platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with GIS/geospatial ecosystems, Esri/ArcGIS is a plus.
• Commercial mindset with track record of growing adoption or revenue.
• Ability to create structure in a fast-moving environment.
• Led multiple initiatives from discovery to delivery as PM.
• Strong ownership and urgency.
• Experience with cross-functional teams of engineers and designers.
• Excellent collaboration and communication with external partners.
• AI-native mindset and willingness to leverage AI in work.
• Willingness to travel ~10% in Europe and the US.
• Hybrid role with office in Zaltbommel, Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Owns Esri integration as a product including vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Builds stronger commercial relationship with Esri to open joint opportunities.
• Grow Cyclomedia's presence across Esri ecosystem and marketplaces.
• Owns data and rendering APIs and developer portal roadmap.
• Measure success with KPIs/OKRs around adoption and data revenue.
• Define product requirements and prioritize features.
• Ship releases with engineers, UX, QA, and product teams.
• Collaborate across product, commercial and operations teams.
