Job summary

Alium is seeking a Senior AI Consultant to strengthen our AI Trust capability across the Benelux & Nordics. You will bridge business, compliance, and technical delivery, helping clients govern and trust AI by design.

In this role you will advise on governance and Responsible AI, design control frameworks, and embed governance into MLOps and GenAI solutions, while contributing to proposals and expanding the AI Trust squad.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of AI, data, or digital consulting experience.
• Strong background in AI governance, Responsible AI, or AI risk/compliance.
• Excellent ability to bridge business and technical domains with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

We’re Hiring: Senior AI Consultant – AI Trust & Governance

Are you passionate about making AI systems governable, compliant, and trusted by design? We are looking for a Senior AI Consultant to strengthen our AI Trust capability, with the opportunity to grow into leading our AI Trust Squad across the Benelux & Nordics!

In this role, you will bridge the gap between business, compliance, and technical domains —combining client advisory, architecture, and hands-on delivery.

What You Will Do

• Advise & Strategize: Guide clients on AI governance, Responsible AI, and compliance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act).
• Design & Implement: Build robust control mechanisms, governance frameworks, and architecture guardrails for scalable, compliant AI platforms.
• Technical Integration: Embed governance directly into MLOps, LLMOps, and GenAI solutions, translating complex regulatory requirements into practical technical execution.
• Squad & Business Growth: Contribute to proposals, assessments, and client engagements while helping build up our expanding AI Trust capability and squad.
• 6–10+ years of experience in AI, data, or digital consulting.
• Solid background in AI governance, Responsible AI, or AI risk/compliance.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML systems, GenAI, and enterprise architectures.
• Proven consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical worlds.
• Languages: Proficiency in Dutch and English (French is a plus!).
• Bonus: Experience with Azure, Databricks, or leading a team.
