Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an AI Engineer to help transform tax processes with AI. You will design and deploy AI-based software systems, collaborating with product and engineering teams to move from prototypes to production.

You will work with LangGraph, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and Azure to optimize LLM performance across multi-modal models in a production setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience with LangGraph or similar agentic frameworks and advanced prompt engineering.
• Strong Python skills and experience working in development teams.
• Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines, vector DBs (e.g. Pinecone, Milvus, Azure Vector DB) and hybrid search.

• Scale an international organization by engineering AI-based software systems.
