Miele X is seeking an AI Enablement Intern in Amsterdam for a 5-6 month hands-on internship. You’ll work with the Performance Marketing team and AI specialists to identify AI opportunities, test approaches, and implement practical solutions into daily workflows.

You’ll gain experience with AI in marketing, data analytics, and modern tooling, while learning how to drive adoption and ensure responsible AI use within a global premium brand.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Data Analytics, Marketing, CS, AI, etc).
• Interest in AI and experimentation with new technologies.
• Analytical, curious, problem-solver with comfort handling data and digital tools.
• Experience with Python, SQL, Power BI or related tools is a plus.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively.

This is a hands-on internship where you'll work closely with our Performance Marketing team and AI specialists to identify opportunities for AI, test new approaches, and help bring successful solutions into everyday use.

What you'll do

• Identify opportunities where AI can make marketing processes faster, smarter, or more efficient.
• Support the development and testing of AI-powered workflows and use cases.
• Help automate repetitive tasks related to campaign management, reporting, and analysis.
• Explore data and reporting tools such as Databricks, Genie, and other AI-enabled platforms.
• Validate AI-generated insights and ensure outputs are accurate and useful.
• Create simple documentation, guides, and prompts to help colleagues use new tools effectively.
• Gather feedback from users and continuously improve adopted solutions.
• Contribute to the responsible and safe use of AI within the marketing organization.

What you'll bring

• You're currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Marketing, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• You have a strong interest in AI and enjoy experimenting with new technologies.
• You're analytical, curious, and enjoy solving problems.
• You feel comfortable working with data and digital tools.
• Experience with Python, SQL, Power BI, automation tools, or prompt engineering is a plus, but not required.
• You're able to explain technical concepts in a simple and clear way.
• You enjoy collaborating with others and taking initiative.
