Job summary

WPP Media in Amsterdam is offering a Digital Video & Audio Advertising Internship. You will join a fast-growing team and support projects for major Dutch brands like RTL, Unilever, Kruidvat, Nederlandse Loterij and Eneco, gaining hands-on experience in programmatic video and audio advertising.

You will learn to analyze campaigns, translate data into reports, and contribute ideas using AI tools. Enrolled at a Dutch educational institution for the full duration, you can work 4/5 days per week

Qualifications

• Pursuing HBO/WO degree in media/marketing/communication.
• Available from September 2026 for at least 5 months; 4/5 days a week.
• Strong interest in online marketing, digital media and data.
• Analytical and eager to learn; team player with growth mindset.
• Curious about AI's role in media and proactive about ideas.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of integrated programmatic media plans for Video and Audio campaigns.
• Assist in managing and optimizing ongoing Video and/or Audio campaigns across platforms.
• Translate complex data into valuable reports to improve campaign performance.
• Proactively propose new ideas and tools (AI-enabled) to optimize campaigns and processes.
