Job summary

YO IT Consulting is seeking a Copywriting & Content SME for an hourly remote contractor role. You will review AI-generated outputs, craft expert copy, and provide precise feedback on reasoning, tone, and brand alignment.

You will assess accuracy, structure, and compliance risk, offer high-quality rewrites with rationale, and rate multiple responses to guide model improvement across B2B/B2C content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of professional copywriting/content writing experience.
• Strong command of brand voice, tone adaptation, and audience-aware writing (B2B and/or B2C).
• Ability to evaluate and improve writing for clarity, structure, persuasion, and consistency, including headlines and CTAs.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI Training Content: create prompts and gold-standard copy across formats.
• Evaluate and rank AI responses to improve clarity, tone, and factual reliability.
• Test AI outputs for inaccuracies, bias, and brand-risk issues; provide high-quality rewrites with rationale.
