Job summary

Unilabs in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced AFAS Application Administrator to manage, configure, and further develop our AFAS environment. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to optimize processes and expand functionalities while providing excellent user support.

Responsibilities include configuring workflows, authorizations, and reports; translating business needs into AFAS solutions; testing changes; and training end-users.

Qualifications

• HBO level of thinking and working.
• At least 2 years of AFAS Application Administrator or Functional Administrator experience.
• Demonstrable knowledge of AFAS Profit.
• Experience with process optimization and user support.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and optimize the AFAS Profit environment.
• Configure workflows, authorizations, alerts, and processes.
• Manage HRM, Payroll, Finance, and/or Projects modules.
• Translate business requirements into AFAS solutions.
• Support and advise end-users.
• Resolve incidents and analyze bottlenecks.
• Conduct tests for changes and new releases.
• Draft manuals and provide user training/instructions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
