Job summary

GKN Aerospace is seeking a Quality Systems Auditor to partner on-site with the QA team. You will audit Business Management Systems against regulatory and industry standards, report non-conformities, and drive continual improvement.

Strong English and Dutch communication and AS9100 knowledge are essential, as is experience with RCCA and cross-functional collaboration. You will support internal and external audits, develop audit plans, prepare questionnaires, and promote a culture of quality

Qualifications

• Experience as Quality Auditor undertaking internal audits.
• Bachelor's degree or technical equivalent.
• Strong English and Dutch communication skills.
• Auditing training completed with a certified partner.
• Familiarity with AS9100 and aviation regulators.
• Knowledge of APQP/PPAP and ZDM core tools.
• Experience with RCCA and audit follow-up closure.

Responsibilities

• Assist QA Manager and BMS Lead in audit delivery.
• Host and support external audits.
• Participate in audit planning, scoping and follow-up.
• Create audit questionnaires from work instructions and standards.
• Deliver audit objectives with thorough preparation.
• Gather evidence, prepare reports and conduct follow-up.
• Promote Quality Culture across GKN Aerospace.
• Share best practices and drive process improvements.
• Present evaluation of evidence and non-conformities.
