Qualifications

At least 4 years of relevant experience.
Extensive experience in processing/production of composites.
Responsibilities
Work as a contractor for the European Space Agency at ESTEC.
Conduct mechanical testing and performance evaluations for materials.
Define and execute test plans for qualification of materials.
Skills
Processing/production of carbon-fibre composites
Mechanical testing and fatigue life assessment
Define and execute test plans
Selection of materials for space application
Experience with composite materials for tanks
Simulation of thermo-mechanical behaviour
Data analytics and machine learning for composite analysis
