You will leverage QuickBooks Online and Excel to streamline processes, collaborate with internal teams, and drive improvements that enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Accounts Receivable or related role.
• Advanced QuickBooks Online skills required.
• Experience with invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and collections.
• Strong Excel and data management skills.
• Comfortable with cloud-based systems and learning new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute client invoices accurately and on schedule.
• Monitor outstanding accounts and proactively manage collections.
• Follow up on overdue invoices professionally and consistently.
• Maintain accurate client records and payment histories.
• Process and apply client payments correctly.
• Reconcile AR balances and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting activities.
