A Japanese manufacturer of high-quality contact lenses and contact lens’ solution is seeking a Field Sales for the South and West Netherlands regions (the Hague, Rotterdam and Eindhoven). Occasionally there will be business trips in the Benelux regions.

TYPE: Full-time role, initially 1 year contract (potential to become permanent)
WORKING HOURS: 9:00 - 17:00 (including 30 min lunch break)
SALARY: €3,000-€4,000/month + Holiday allowance 8%
START: ASAP
LOCATION: Hybrid (1-2 days per week at the office in Elst)

Main Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with opticians and clinics in South and West Netherlands (the Hague, Rotterdam, Eindhoven and others)
  • Visit existing clients and actively approach new prospects
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region
  • Provide professional advice and product presentations
  • Support customers with decision-making and aftercare
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and events
  • Report on sales activities and results to the team leader
  • Attend regular sales meetings at the office
Ideal Candidate:
  • Business proficiency in both Dutch and English is essential
  • Experience in consumer goods sales, or in a comparable sales role
  • Background as an optician, optometrist, or contact lens specialist is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication skills, customer-oriented and proactive mindset
  • Able to work independently and willing to travel within the Benelux
  • Valid driving licence is must
