Job summary

BEDROCK 3D in Emmen, The Netherlands, is looking for a Junior Operator to support filament production. You’ll work with real machines, in a small, focused team, delivering high‑quality filament to makers and businesses across Europe.

No long list of diplomas is required; we value precision, a technical mindset, and a solid work ethic. Expect a 7‑month contract with a 1‑month probation and a three‑shift schedule with an 18.5% shift allowance.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational (MBO) qualification.
• Good command of Dutch language, spoken and written.
• Able to work precisely and as part of a shift team.
• Preferably with a technical background and solid technical understanding.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines and monitor their performance.
• Carry out quality checks and report deviations immediately.
• Start up and shut down machines; perform small repairs if needed.
• Work as part of a three‑shift team and follow procedures.
• Keep workspace clean and organized and share improvement ideas with the team.
