Job Description
1. Market & Consumer Insights
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and competitive landscape.
- Lead research initiatives across industry, competitors, and consumer behavior.
- Gather macro-level data on markets, industries (including clients and channels), and competitors.
- Deliver actionable insight reports to inform strategic decision-making.
2. Product Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
- Independently manage product GTM execution across the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion).
- Oversee product launch planning, timeline tracking, sample readiness, demand forecasting, and pricing strategy.
- Translate market and consumer insights into product definition, value proposition, and packaging.
- Develop national-level product solutions, strategies, and expansion toolkits.
3. Product Operations & Portfolio Management
- Manage individual products and product portfolios.
- Formulate and adjust marketing, pricing, demand planning, and inventory strategies based on market dynamics.
- Drive product profitability through integrated commercial planning.
4. Project Management
- Oversee the full product lifecycle, ensuring commercial success.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust pricing or inventory strategies as needed.
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle project management, from planning to execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, identify risks early, and optimize resource allocation.
- Conduct post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement and best practice sharing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the consumer electronics industry (requirements may vary based on product/market scope; exceptional candidates may be considered with less experience).
- Strong interest in mobile-related products with the ability to form unique perspectives and insights.
- Proven experience in product launches within open markets.
- Background in retail, channel management, product marketing, or pricing strategy is a plus.
- Strong capabilities in market expansion and project management.
- Demonstrated success in delivering product solutions to clients.
- Excellent internal and external communication skills.
- Strong sense of ownership, goal-driven, and results-focused.
