Job summary
A leading global bank in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a professional to lead Lending Services, ensuring operational excellence and robust talent acquisition. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate across regions, with responsibilities spanning team management, stakeholder engagement, and risk oversight. Qualifications
- Experience in leadership and talent acquisition within banking sectors.
- Expertise in risk management and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to manage teams across time zones and ensure operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee a staff of 40 FTE in Lending Services.
- Manage talent acquisition and recruitment campaigns.
- Establish a control framework for operational activities.
- Coordinate responses to credit information requests.
- Maintain positive relationships with various bank departments.
- Coach and develop analyst/officers for optimal performance.
- Collaborate globally with colleagues on tasks.
