Performance Marketing Senior Analyst (Hybrid)
Job summary
A leading fashion e-commerce platform in Malaysia seeks a Performance Marketing Senior Analyst to optimize campaigns across multiple platforms including Google and Meta. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of performance marketing experience. This role requires coordination across teams to deliver effective marketing strategies in a hybrid work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (in-house or agency).
- Proven experience with ad optimization and ROI-driven campaign management.
- Able to report to a hybrid work setup.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Prepare regular performance reports and manage campaign budgets efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage creative timelines for campaign launches.
Skills
Education
- Plan, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Apple Search Ads (ASA), and other emerging platforms.
- Prepare regular performance reports, manage campaign budgets efficiently, and ensure alignment with business targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage creative timelines and ensure timely delivery for campaign launches.
- Collaborate closely with content and design teams to develop and optimize ad visuals and copy for performance-driven results.
- Ensure continuous alignment of campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables across all stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (in-house or agency).
- Proven experience with ad optimization and ROI-driven campaign management.
- Able to report to a hybrid work setup.
