A technology recruitment firm based in Subang Jaya is seeking an IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in IT recruiting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to source top talent across various channels. Responsibilities include engaging with candidates, developing sourcing strategies, and partnering with hiring teams to enhance the recruitment process. This role offers the opportunity to shape and build a great team.
Formación
- At least 2 years full life-cycle IT recruiting experience.
- Experience in sourcing technical and non-technical candidates.
- Ability to effectively evaluate both technical and non-technical aptitude.
Responsabilidades
- Manage and drive full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer.
- Build a pipeline of top talent through research and sourcing.
- Engage with candidates throughout the interview process.
Conocimientos
We are looking for a IT Recruiter who will help us shape, build, and scale our organization.
Location: Subang Jaya
- Manage and drive full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer.
- Build a pipeline of top talent through researching and sourcing for candidates.
- Value and continue to build a great candidate experience by engaging with candidates throughout the interview process.
- Partner with hiring teams and talent team to develop and execute on sourcing strategies.
- Develop effective interview plans to support hiring managers with their decision process.
- Manage offer process, partnering with hiring managers, HR teams.
- Atleast 2 years full life-cycle IT recruiting experience.
- Ability to effectively evaluate technical and non-technical aptitude.
- Experience in sourcing for technical and non-technical candidates through multiple channels (including social media, targeted sourcing campaigns, networking events, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in a global hiring environment (APAC region).
