As the Business Support you will be responsible to execute and facilitate the daily operations of the company.

- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads. Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email. Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and optimize business opportunities.
- Handle customers’ inquiries, requests, and complaints related to delivery, billing statements preparations and validations.
- Work in a small, harmonized team and cover all aspects of the sales and operation process.
- Other ad-hoc tasks, urgent duties and projects as well as assignments.
- Candidate must possess at least a STPM/Professional Certification/Diploma, preferably major in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management and/or Marketing. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in logistics/freight forwarding business.
- Ability to multitask and track multiple processes throughout the supply chain.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to interact and deal with different people of diverse cultures.
- Positive customer service skills with an ability to communicate eloquently and effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office and computer knowledge.
