Qualifications

  • At least 10 years kitchen experience and supervisory level in a 5-star hotel or restaurant.
  • Minimum of 3 years as a Chinese Chef.
  • Possess a valid health certificate.
  • Knowledgeable in HACCP.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and prepare high quality food and beverage products.
  • Maintain all HACCP aspects within the hotel operation.
  • Control stations within the kitchen.
  • Monitor food quality to ensure economical usage of ingredients.
