Job description

We are a publicly listed group company in China. With the advancement of our global strategy, we are establishing a new branch in Malaysia and are looking for a passionate and talented individual to join our team.

II. Job Responsibilities

1.Conduct incoming material inspection, verification, and handling.

2.Distribute materials to the production line in a timely manner according to production work orders and scheduling plans to meet production needs.

3.Organize, handle, and dispatch finished products.

4.Maintain the warehouse storage environment to ensure it meets material storage requirements.

5.Conduct material inventory checks to ensure consistency between accounts, cards, and physical materials.

6.Manage on-site 5S.

7.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

III. Job Requirements

1.Education & Major: Senior high school or technical secondary school education or above.

2.Work Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience.

3.Language Proficiency: Essential! Good Mandarin communication skills. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."

4.Professional Skills

- Familiar with material identification rules and warehousing processes (e.g., 5S management, FIFO principle).

- Proficient in basic office software (Excel, WMS).

5.Professional Quality

- Careful and Rigorous: Zero errors in material distribution; inventory data accuracy rate must reach over 99%.

- Communication & Coordination: Cooperate with production and quality inspection departments and respond quickly to emergency needs.

- Calm Personality: Provide certain guarantee for daily work safety.

IV. Others

1.Salary Range: RM 2,000 - RM 4,000 (including overtime pay; specific amount depends on work experience and ability).

2.Working Hours: 8:30 — 17:00 (overtime may be required).

3.Work Location: Bandar Puncak Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
