Job description

Own and manage assigned product lines, ensuring standardized repair and overhaul work scopes are defined, documented, and implemented.

Collaborate with Workshop Operations, Technical Services, Procurement, Sales, and ERP/IT teams to ensure product line readiness and execution efficiency.

Translate product line and workshop operational requirements into effective ERP system configurations and workflows.

Configure and maintain ERP modules, including routing templates, forms, and interfaces.

Lead and support ERP system implementation and improvement initiatives related to product lines and workshop operations.

Identify system or process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Cost, Quality, and Delivery performance.

Collect and analyze operational and ERP data to support the preparation of business cases for system and process optimization.

Develop and maintain product line pricing structures and cost models.

Prepare and maintain product line materials, including product cards and product presentations.

Conduct training and coaching sessions to ensure effective adoption of ERP processes, product lines, and standardized work scopes.

Amend, document, and maintain SOPs and Work Instructions related to product lines and ERP workflows.

Monitor action items, timelines, and progress related to improvement, product line and ERP initiatives.

Require travelling to other Skyways Technics regions to support workshops development as required.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualification Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.

Minimum 2 years of working experience in the MRO / Aviation industry or an equivalent technical experience in product line management, ERP systems, or workshop process standardization is an advantage.

Demonstrated ability to work independently with a structured, analytical, and system-oriented mindset.

Proven problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail, especially in data accuracy and cost integrity

Hands‑on experience or strong familiarity with ERP systems, including workflow configuration, data structures, routings, BOMs, and system integration.

Experience in costing and pricing support, including BOM costing, labor and material cost analysis, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; advanced Excel skills for cost analysis are an advantage.

Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
