Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in a business development or pre-sales role, preferably in IT or EUC services.
• Exposure to client engagement, sales support, or vendor coordination.
• Familiarity with EUC technologies and workplace solutions.
• Basic understanding of IT solution pricing and service models.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing solution proposals, costings, and responses to tenders and RFPs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically viable.
• Engage with vendors and partners to gather product details, updates, and competitive pricing.
• Follow up with prospective leads and maintain ongoing engagement with existing clients.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to support planning and improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of proposals and customer interactions.
