Working Days: Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm)

As a CP Specialist supporting the Contingent Workforce (CW) deployment, you will assist in the implementation of systems and processes that improve how Shell manages contingent labor. You’ll work closely with senior team members and stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of deployment activities and provide operational support across various workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deployment Support: Assist in coordinating deployment activities, including scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and updating documentation.
  • Testing Assistance: Support test preparation by helping create test cases, tracking execution, and reporting issues to the deployment team.
  • User Training Logistics: Help organize training sessions, prepare materials, and provide basic guidance to users during onboarding.
  • Change Communication: Assist in preparing communication materials and in gathering user feedback to support change management efforts.
  • Data Coordination: Support data collection and validation activities, ensuring completeness and accuracy for migration purposes.
  • Cutover Preparation: Help track cutover tasks, update timelines, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure readiness.
  • Hypercare Monitoring: Assist in logging post‑deployment issues, preparing basic reports, and supporting resolution efforts.
  • Continuous Improvement Input: Participate in review sessions and contribute observations for process enhancements.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum degree qualification with 4 years of experience in supporting projects or deployment
  • Good understanding of procurement or supply chain processes (e.g., purchasing, accounts payable, master data).
  • Experience in ERP systems (Blueprint, GSAP, SAP Finesse, SERP, BG SAP, GSAP Chem, S4 & Crystal) is preferred
  • Practical knowledge/application of MS Office tools, esp. Excel and Power Point; For Power Apps, Power BI, Phyton tools would be an advantage
  • Experience in effective stakeholder engagement, cross team and cross function collaboration
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a virtual, multicultural team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good time management and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
