Job description
1. Involve in end-to-end Contract Staff management and administration based on Client SLA (Service Level Agreement) and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
  • Handle the end-to-end management and communication for contract staff.
  • Handle official correspondence for contract staff throughout their employment lifecycle, including pre-onboarding, onboarding and off-boarding such as job transfers, promotions, salary revisions, resignations, and terminations.
  • Prepare HR-related letters and documentation.
  • Track and process probation due dates, contract end dates, and leave records.
  • Prepare payroll information or process payroll for contract staff accurately and on time.
  • Address contract staff queries regarding HR matters such as leave balance, salary/OT/claim calculations, statutory deductions, work issues, and grievances.
2. Communication:
  • Serve as the main point of contact (PIC) for communication with contract staff for Contract Staff Management.
  • Support Client communication for Client Management and ensure effective liaison between Clients and contract staff.
3. Client Management:
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy in processing Client requests, including interview arrangements, new hires, contract renewals, and staff confirmations.
  • Communicate and liaise with Clients regarding staff issues.
4. Guidance and Support:
  • Provide guidance to juniors and serve as a buddy to at least one consultant.
  • Assist the Senior Consultant in executing staff Performance Improvement Plans (PIP), disciplinary actions, and termination processes.
  • Verify information and data prepared by consultants to ensure accuracy and compliance.
5. Other Duties:
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.
