Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working with Workday, with strong focus on Compensation & Benefits.
• Strong expertise in Workday configuration, business processes, reporting, and integrations.
• Workday certification in Absence or Learning modules is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the solution owner and SME for Workday Compensation & Benefits.
• Partner with HR process owners, business stakeholders, and IT teams.
• Lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of Workday HCM processes.
