Job description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to be the primary operational and logistical backbone for our wholesale partners. You will be the first point of contact for all operational topics, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and profitable supply flow from order placement to final delivery and payment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Operations & Order Management:

    • Manage the end-to-end wholesale order cycle (pre-season and in-season).

    • Act as the main contact for partners regarding orders, logistics, and after-sales support.

    • Track and ensure orders are fulfilled on time and in full (OTIF).

  • Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination:

    • Coordinate daily deliveries between our warehouses and partner logistics centers.

    • Proactively identify and resolve delivery and supply flow bottlenecks in collaboration with internal teams.

  • Financial & Sales Administration:

    • Own the end-to-end invoicing process and ensure timely payment collection.

    • Monitor sales and stock data to provide the Account Management team with essential inventory analysis.

  • Business Support & Planning:

    • Provide operational data and analysis to assist Account Managers in developing seasonal forecasts and commercial strategies.
