A leading sports retailer in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a highly organized Sales Administrator to manage wholesale order cycles and logistics support. The ideal candidate will act as the primary contact for operational matters and ensure timely order fulfillment and invoicing processes. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on improvement and supply chain efficiency.
Partner Operations & Order Management:
Manage the end-to-end wholesale order cycle (pre-season and in-season).
Act as the main contact for partners regarding orders, logistics, and after-sales support.
Track and ensure orders are fulfilled on time and in full (OTIF).
Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination:
Coordinate daily deliveries between our warehouses and partner logistics centers.
Proactively identify and resolve delivery and supply flow bottlenecks in collaboration with internal teams.
Financial & Sales Administration:
Own the end-to-end invoicing process and ensure timely payment collection.
Monitor sales and stock data to provide the Account Management team with essential inventory analysis.
Business Support & Planning:
Provide operational data and analysis to assist Account Managers in developing seasonal forecasts and commercial strategies.
