Overview

We are a fast-growing and dynamic F&B group celebrated for our innovative café concepts that blend Western fusion cuisine with distinctive local influences. Our passion lies in creating memorable dining experiences that merge creativity, quality, and comfort. We are expanding our culinary team and seeking an experienced and visionary Western Fusion R&D Head Chef to spearhead our menu innovation initiatives and ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional culinary standards across all outlets.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the research, design, and development of new Western fusion dishes, seasonal menus, and signature items that reflect our brand’s identity and values.
  • Establish and maintain standard recipes, plating presentations, and preparation methods to ensure consistent quality and visual appeal across all outlets.
  • Work closely with Operations, Outlet Chefs, and Management to ensure seamless introduction and execution of new menu items.
  • Conduct ongoing market research and food trend analysis to inspire product innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Lead training sessions for kitchen teams on new menu rollouts, preparation methods, and plating standards.
  • Oversee quality control, taste testing, and portion management to guarantee uniformity and satisfaction at every outlet.
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations throughout all culinary development processes.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience specializing in Western or fusion cuisine, with at least 2 years in menu R&D, product innovation, or culinary development.
  • Proven track record in multi-outlet or café operations will be a strong advantage.
  • Highly creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about pushing culinary boundaries.
  • Strong leadership, team training, and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire diverse kitchen teams.
  • Passionate, organized, and resourceful with a strong focus on quality and consistency.
