Job summary

Elsa Energy Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced Offshore Pedestal Crane Operator for a fixed-term contract from September 2026 to November 2026, offshore Peninsular, MY. The role requires API RP 2D and BS 5744 Level 2/3 certification, BOSIET and Petronas AME clearance, and at least five years of offshore pedestal crane operation experience.

Applicants must have platform exposure and COMPANY OIM approval, with the ability to read load charts and manage crane operations in sea states.

Qualifications

• API RP 2D and BS 5744 Level 2/3 crane operator certification is required.
• Offshore documentation (BOSIET & Petronas AME) with Crane Operator box checked.
• Minimum five (5) years of offshore pedestal crane operating experience.
• Experience on COMPANY platform and approval by COMPANY OIM is required.
• Able to read crane load charts and operate the crane base on sea conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate offshore pedestal crane in line with safety and project needs.
• Monitor crane operations and ensure compliance with sea state constraints.
• Coordinate with offshore team to ensure safe lifting and load handling.

• A minimum five (5) years of operating experience of offshore pedestal crane
• Have experience working at COMPANY platform and have been approved by COMPANY OIM
• Able to read crane load charts and operate the crane base on sea conditions (Sea state safety factor)
