CARiNG Pharmacy in Penang is hiring staff for our Wellings Pharmacy One Pacific outlet. You will assist customers with product information, help shoppers find items, and provide guidance on selections.

You will display products, manage inventory using FEFO/FIFO, handle payments, and support promotions. Training is provided and opportunities for promotion exist within the health & beauty retail network.

Responsabilidades

• Attend to customers, providing product information and advice on product selection.
• Ensure product visibility and proper displays using FEFO and FIFO.
• Receive incoming goods, store deliveries, and assist in stock control.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, escalating as needed.
• Attach price tags, monitor promotions, and create appealing displays.
• Process cash and card payments and balance the cash register.

Duties/Responsibilities (Training Provided)

Customer Assistance: Attend to customers, providing product information, helping them find what they need, and offering advice on product selection.

Product Display: Ensure product visibility and proper display, implementing FEFO and FIFO practices for inventory management.

Inventory Management: Receive incoming goods, store deliveries appropriately, and assist in stock control and management.

Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, referring them to the appropriate pharmacy team member when necessary.

Promotions and Pricing: Attach price tags to products, stay updated on special promotions, and create appealing displays.

Payment Processing: Process cash and card payments accurately and balance the cash register with receipts.

CARiNG Pharmacy was established in 1994 by 5 pharmacists, who were course-mates in the School of Pharmacy, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM).

The first CARiNG Outlet opened in Taman Muda, Cheras. At that time, the awareness of community pharmacy services was still low. The founders took these important steps to instill the value of pharmacists in the healthcare profession by:

Providing 12 hours a day, 7 days a week full time pharmacist service.

Providing easily accessible pharmacist counseling service, free blood pressure checks and other health checks at a minimum fee.

Designing the store with a modern, open concept to maximise interaction with customers and merchandise. With this successful concept, CARiNG Pharmacy is growing fast within the Peninsular Malaysia.
