This job opening is open for Seelong, Johor

Responsibilities

• Responsible to plan daily schedule allocated manpower and provide task planning by daily basis and monitoring mould change from time to time.
• Request materials and to ensure proper operating condition of material and equipment, and the availability of adequate material, equipment and toolbox at production floor i.e. welding set, hammer & etc.
• Receive drawings, coordinate & liaison with planner.
• Ensure cutting, fitting, and welding follow drawing requirements.
• Compile daily time sheets and reports.
• Conduct toolbox briefing.
• Provide on-the-job training to team members.
• Ensure a safe working environment takes place.
• Responsible to report any workplace accidents to the safety team immediately.
• Any other job function assigned and new responsibilities as may be added as and when necessary from time to time.

Requirements

• Possess a valid certificate in welding work.
• Experienced in precast concrete and able to read precast steel mould drawings.
• Hands‑on experience in steel mould fabrication, including welding and oxy cutting.
• Experience in supervising workers on the production floor.
• Willing to work shifts and as required (e.g., weekends, public holidays, night shifts).
• Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Motivated and seeking a long‑term career opportunity.
