The Impact You’ll Make

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Website Operations Specialist to join our Corporate Communications team. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a keen eye for detail. Knowledge and skill in all aspects of front-end web site development and WebOps is required.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage day-to-day operations of Lam’s global corporate websites, including content updates, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure that best practices are followed, and that the website adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Creatively collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate the creation of compelling web experiences designed to engage with users and deliver key functionality, always on time and on budget.
  • Ensure that the website meets company requirements for security, privacy, and accessibility.
  • Monitor website analytics and generate reports to track performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for website development, maintenance, and enhancements.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of website projects, including redesigns, migrations, and new feature implementations.
  • Keep up to date with industry best practices, especially for user experiences and WebOps.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure content accuracy in other languages.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in website management within a Fortune 500 company or a similar large-scale enterprise.
  • Proficiency with Content Management Systems (Adobe Experience Manager is required, WordPress is preferred) and Search Engine Optimization.
  • Experience with coding and ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery.
  • Familiarity with website accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
  • Familiarity with cookie management and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Able to exercise critical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with good attention to detail.
  • Confident, passionate about WebOps, and professional in all interactions.
  • Proficiency with front-end frameworks like AngularJS, NodeJS, and ReactJS preferred.
  • Ability to work independently without supervision, self-directed and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with people and departments.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft tool suite.
  • Willing to work hours that overlap with the U.S. pacific time zone.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
