RedotPay, a global crypto payment fintech, is seeking a Transaction Monitoring Specialist to join the Compliance team. You will monitor, investigate, and report on suspicious activity across the platform, ensuring regulatory compliance and trust.

The role emphasizes real-time monitoring, SAR/STR filing, and applying blockchain analytics to detect money laundering, fraud, and other financial crimes, with opportunities to improve monitoring rules and processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in transaction monitoring or AML compliance.
• Experience investigating alerts and filing SARs/STRs.
• Experience with blockchain analytics tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer transactions in real-time and periodically to identify suspicious activity.
• Investigate alerts and cases, analyzing patterns and customer profiles.
• Document investigation steps and recommend case closure or escalation.
• Prepare and file SARs/STRs with FIUs per regulations.
• Apply knowledge of blockchain tech and VASP patterns.
• Suggest rule and process improvements to reduce false positives.
