Job summary

Accenture in Malaysia is seeking a skilled Web Engineer to join the Software Engineering team. You will design, build, and test scalable web applications using React.js, Redux, REST APIs, and TypeScript to deliver high-performance user experiences.

Responsibilities

As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and testing web-based applications for various site components while editing site content. You will document technical designs and specifications, as well as research and incorporate updated content for websites. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

Required Skills

• React.js (Advanced): 5-7 years of experience developing scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React.js.
• Redux (Advanced): Strong experience implementing state management solutions using Redux and React Redux in enterprise applications.
• REST APIs (Advanced): Proven experience integrating, consuming, and managing RESTful APIs, including authentication, error handling, and data exchange.
• TypeScript (Advanced): Strong proficiency in building maintainable, type-safe applications using TypeScript and modern development practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Multiplatform Front End Development React is recommended.
• Advanced proficiency in Usability Design, Web & Server based Platforms Solutions, Design & Build Enablement, and Storyboards & Wireframes is suggested.
• Develop innovative web applications that enhance user experience and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
