Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen.
• Undergraduate/graduate in Economics, Accounting & Finance, Statistics, Actuarial Science or relevant field.
• CGPA 3.0 (or equivalent).
• Able to commit to a 12-week duration.
• Demonstrates leadership and teamwork capabilities.
• Able to communicate with people at various seniority levels.

Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly sales productivity, wealth lending product participation, wealth client penetration, campaign tracking and portfolio growth to identify opportunities for improvement and implementation of necessary changes.
• Provide data, feedback and development tools to sales leaders to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure pipeline and sales tracking is up to date.
• Analyze portfolio management framework to increase product holdings.
• Develop slides for weekly sales team and product meetings, credit roundtable meetings, and other leadership meetings.
• Support Wealth Lending Solutions Specialist Team and Product Management Team.
• Perform duties as assigned by HOD.
