Job summary

TKAsset is seeking 10 motivated individuals for a Wealth Management Advisor – Career & Business Development Programme in Greater Kuala Lumpur. You will receive structured training to develop professional advisory skills, build income and leadership potential, and eventually lead your own client network.

We offer a bridging income salary support of up to RM12,000 per month for selected candidates, with ongoing mentorship and a clear path to grow into an advisory agency partnership.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to learn are essential.
• Disciplined, integrous candidates with a growth mindset are preferred.
• Sales or financial services exposure is a plus but not required.

We are currently looking for 10 motivated individuals to join our growing financial advisory team in Greater Kuala Lumpur.

This opportunity is designed for individuals who are looking for more than just their next job — particularly those who want to develop professional advisory skills, increase their income potential, grow into leadership, and eventually build their own client portfolio and advisory business.

As a Wealth Management Advisor, you will be trained to work with clients across our 4 Financial Pillars:
