Job summary

CIMB Bank Berhad in Sarawak invites candidates to a series of Walk-In Interviews for the Personal Financial Consultant role at CIMB Bank Miri Times Square Branch. You will be engaging with customers to promote wealth, loans and bancassurance products, and provide professional financial advice aligned to customer needs.

The position requires at least a diploma or higher, with 1 year of branch experience preferred.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in the branch environment will be added advantage.
Result oriented, passionate with marketing and willing to adopt to new things.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Ability to deliver high quality customer service to external and internal customers.
Possess good interpersonal skill and able to actively interact with all levels of customers.
Candidate with full Insurance and UT license (FIMM) & banca licenses will have an added advantage.

Responsibilities

To promote and professionally sell a wide range of Wealth, Loans & Bancassurance products to the Bank’s existing and potential customers.
To provide professional advice and on appropriate financial products based on customer needs.
To ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent after sales service.
To plan and implement sales activities related to branch products.
To act promptly on all leads and follow up activities.
To achieve individual sales target and contribute towards the achievement of the branch target.
