Responsibilities

Be actively involved in understanding the job customers' financial needs and provide timely information, advice and recommendations.
Secure sales and cross-sell our wide range of consumer banking and investment products.
Deepen relationships with new and existing customers.
Apply diligence and ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Utilise a combination of branch network, tele-consulting and referrals to meet sales targets.
