Qualifications

• Certified Environmental Professional in the Operation of Industrial Effluent Treatment Systems (Physical Chemical Processes) - Competent Person.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily/weekly lab testing as required.
• Carry out water tests on raw water and treated water quality.
• Collect and send final discharge samples to accredited labs as required.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly monitoring reports.
• Submit reports to Department of Environment as necessary.
• Ensure smooth running of Industrial Effluent Treatment System (IETS).
• Conduct monthly meeting on IETS performance.
• Troubleshooting & minor maintenance of IETS equipment.
• Internal calibration of analyzer/test equipment.

Overview

Based at Ricwil (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd Bukit Jelutong

Responsibilities

• Perform daily/weekly lab testing as required
• Carry out water tests on raw water and treated water quality
• Collect and send final discharge samples to accredited labs as required
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly monitoring reports
• Submit reports to Department of Environment as necessary
• Ensure smooth running of Industrial Effluent Treatment System (IETS)
• Conduct monthly meeting on IETS performance
• Troubleshooting & minor maintenance of IETS equipment
• Internal calibration of analyzer/test equipment
• Plant total flow is approximately 3-6 m3 per day

Preventive Maintenance

• To conduct preventive maintenance checks on factory machinery based on preventive maintenance schedule.
• Maintain preventive maintenance records as per ISO 9001:2015 procedure.
• Report to maintenance personnel if there any parts or items that are worn and need to be replaced.
