• Basic knowledge of wastewater treatment or willing to learn.
• Able to handle simple paperwork and basic computer input.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and able to work in an industrial environment.

Responsibility

• Operate and monitor wastewater treatment systems (pumps, blowers, aerators, filters, etc.).
• Check treatment process parameters and record readings accurately.
• Conduct routine inspections of the treatment plant to ensure proper functioning of all systems.
• Perform chemical dosing and adjust treatment processes based on water quality test results.
• Collect, test, and record samples of wastewater and treated effluent for quality control.
• Maintain accurate records of treatment data, chemical usage, and equipment performance.
• Identify and troubleshoot operational issues such as leaks, blockages, or abnormal readings.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on wastewater treatment equipment.
• Follow all safety and environmental procedures, including proper handling of chemicals and waste materials.
• Report equipment failures, incidents, or potential environmental issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency and sustainability.
