Job summary

HTM Pharmacy in Ipoh is seeking a Warehouse Worker (Picker/Packer) to support branch operations. You will store materials, pick, pack and scan orders to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.

Responsibilities include receiving stock, maintaining inventory accuracy, keeping a clean, safe workspace, and coordinating with supervisors. Fresh graduates are welcome and training is provided. Contract and temporary roles are available; on-site position at Silibin, Ipoh.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in warehousing or related roles.
• Familiarity with inventory software, databases and systems.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work physically.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
• High school level education is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Receive and process warehouse stock (pick, unload, label, store).
• Conduct inventory controls and maintain quality standards for audits.
• Keep the workspace clean, safe, and space-efficient.
• Log diary entries into inventory records accurately.
• Report any discrepancies to supervisors.
• Communicate with supervisors and coworkers to coordinate tasks.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment as needed.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures and regulations.
