Job summary

HB Fuller Adhesives Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle daily inventory tasks, order preparation, and material transfers in our Klang-area facility. You will follow strict safety rules, manage stock rotation, and cooperate with teams to ensure on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar warehouse role.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and follow instructions.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and ERP systems (PRISM, SAP or ERP).

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions and safety rules at all times.
• Carry out internal transfers of products using FIFO methodology.
• Take and analyze samples in the Quality Control Laboratory when requested.
• Store items properly and rotate stock, ensure safety and compliance.
• Notify supervisor of non-conforming products.
• Unload/load trucks and containers; participate in freight management as needed.
• Prepare customer orders accurately and timely; update paperwork and delivery area.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the work area.
• Keep equipment in good condition and report defects.
