Job summary

A logistics company in Kota Kinabalu seeks a candidate to coordinate delivery activities and monitor driver performance. Applicants should be legally allowed to work in Sabah and possess strong leadership skills. A diploma or degree in a relevant field is advantageous. The role involves a rotational shift schedule and working 45 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Legally allowed to work in Sabah based on respective state law requirements.
• Candidates currently based in Kota Kinabalu are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work on a rational shift basis depending on business needs.
• Experience in logistics operations would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with postcodes / routing / mapping would be of good use.
• Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required.

• Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers depending on the number of headcounts
• Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team
• Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure all delivery activities are carried out in a timely manner
• Monitor driver behavior and ensure a high level of customer service
• Assist the fleet team lead in the deployment and training of new drivers where applicable
• Monitor and report KPI compliance
• Ensure the compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for in-hub parcel collection
