Qualifications

WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Location: Petaling Jaya

Responsibilities
  • Lead daily warehouse operations: receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely operations.
  • Check all outgoing orders for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
  • Arrange deliveries, couriers, and logistics scheduling.
  • Verify accuracy of delivery orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
  • Ensure documentation is complete and accurate and properly file.
  • Prepare operational & inventory reports for management.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, organization, and proper layout of warehouse.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and support periodic stock takes and audits.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead, supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks.
  • Train team members on SOPs, product handling, and safety procedures.
  • Identify workflow issues and propose improvements to SOPs and processes.
  • Communicate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/Certificate/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field in any discipline.
  • 2–4 years of warehouse / logistics experience (supervisory experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
