Job description
Responsibilities
  • Lead daily warehouse operations: receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
  • Ensure accurate and timely fulfilment for online, retail, and office/internal orders.
  • Check all outgoing orders for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper organization (5S).
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure all stock movements are updated.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and support monthly stocktakes.
  • Investigate stock variances and follow up with corrective actions.
  • Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks.
  • Train team members on SOPs, product handling, and safety procedures.
  • Maintain team discipline, punctuality, and productivity.
  • Arrange deliveries, couriers, and logistics scheduling.
  • Ensure all documentation (DO, GRN, pick list, stock transfer) is complete and accurate.
  • Prepare simple daily/weekly reports on warehouse activity and stock movement.
  • Identify workflow issues and propose improvements to SOPs and processes.
  • Support implementation and adoption of WMS or digital warehouse tools.
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of warehouse experience (supervisory experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
  • Experience with order fulfilment for online/retail orders is an advantage.
  • Able to use systems such as POS, WMS, Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Physically fit and able to handle warehouse tasks.
  • Possess a valid GDL licence (Goods Driver’s Licence) for delivery or transport when required.
