Job summary

Tap Growth ai in Kota Damansara, Malaysia, seeks an organized Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and coordinate with live commerce and operations teams. The role focuses on inventory control, space optimization, and timely dispatch while maintaining safety standards.

We require 2-3 years in warehouse/fulfillment roles, Mandarin reading ability, and proven leadership. Work from office, Mon-Sat 9am-6pm, OT provided.

Responsibilities

  • Fulfillment Operations & Logistics: oversee daily picking, packing, and dispatch workflows to ensure 100% order accuracy and on-time courier handovers, especially during peak campaign surges.
  • Inventory Control & Audit: lead regular cycle counts, conduct periodic stock reconciliations, minimize inventory shrinkage, and ensure real-time accuracy across warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Team Leadership & Scheduling: supervise, train, and schedule warehouse assistants; establish clear daily performance targets and enforce safety and operational standards.
  • Inbound & Space Optimization: manage stock receiving, quality control, and put-away procedures; optimize bin/rack layouts to maximize space efficiency and improve picking routes.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: collaborate closely with live commerce production, customer service, and procurement teams to align stock availability, campaign preparations, and returns processing.
  • Process Improvement: continuously refine operating procedures (SOPs) to reduce error rates, improve parcel processing speed, and control packing material costs.

About the Company

A fast-growing e-commerce and live commerce hub specializing in fashion, bags, and lifestyle merchandise tailored to trendy, digital-native shoppers.

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to support the daily warehouse operations. This person will be responsible for smooth inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and timely coordination with the operations and live commerce teams.

Location: Kota Damansara, Malaysia
Work Mode: Work from Office
Role: Warehouse Supervisor
Working Hour: Mon - Sat (9am - 6pm); OT will be provided
Remunerations: RM 3,500 - RM 5,000

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics operations.
  • Ability to read Mandarin (essential for processing Mandarin-printed order notes, labels, and product details), alongside basic English or Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Physically fit and comfortable handling lifting, packing, and standing for extended periods.
  • High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work effectively under pressure during peak sales campaigns.
  • Basic computer literacy (familiarity with standard e-commerce or shipping portals is a plus).
  • Prior experience in fashion, lifestyle retail, or fast-paced e-commerce environment.
  • Familiarity with live-commerce sales flow or basic Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
