Job summary

A leading hardware company in Kuantan, Malaysia is looking for a Warehouse Operator to manage inventory of hardware products, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient order fulfillment. Responsibilities include receiving and storing items, conducting cycle counts, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. The ideal candidate should have at least SPM or equivalent qualifications, experience in a hardware environment is an advantage, and must be able to handle heavy items. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.

1. Inventory Management (Hardware Products)

Receive, inspect, and record incoming hardware items (e.g., tools, screws, bolts, building materials).

Store and label all items properly according to type, size, and specification.

Update stock levels accurately in the inventory system.

Conduct regular cycle counts and monthly stock takes.

Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving items and report replenishment needs.

2. Picking, Packing & Dispatch

Pick and prepare orders accurately based on customer or branch requests.

Pack, label, and arrange goods for delivery or collection.

Handle hardware items with various sizes/specifications。

Assist with loading and unloading activities.

3. Warehouse Operations

Organize the warehouse to ensure cleanliness, safety, and easy item retrieval.

Implement FIFO/FEFO practices for proper stock rotation.

Handle warehouse tools and equipment (pallet jack, trolley, racks).

Ensure safe storage of sharp, heavy, or metal hardware products.

Job Requirements
