Job summary

Jora Malaysia, a manufacturing company in Tanjung Malim, Perak, is seeking a Warehouse Shift Leader to supervise daily warehouse operations and staff. You will oversee receiving, storage, stock movement, and safety to ensure efficient workflow.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of warehouse experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work independently with flexibility for shifts and overtime.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of warehouse experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage.

• Responsible and able to work independently.
• Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and workers.
• Monitor receiving, storing and movement of goods.
• Ensure stock is handled and arranged properly.
• Monitor workers' attendance and performance.
• Ensure warehouse safety and cleanliness.
• Prepare shift reports and handle daily warehouse issues.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
