Qualifications

• Focus on warehouse activities including receiving, checking, sorting, picking and packing goods.
• Assist in loading/unloading and ensuring proper securing of items during transport.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping and accurate records per SOP.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse activities including receiving, checking, sorting, picking, packing and arranging goods.
• Prepare finished goods, raw materials and other items for delivery, dispatch or collection.
• Ensure packed goods are properly labelled, packed and handled to prevent damage or contamination.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods from company vehicles, ensuring proper securing during transportation.
• Drive the company lorry/vehicle safely for delivery and collection of goods.
• Ensure deliveries are accompanied by DO and relevant documents and obtain signatures.
• Check quantity and condition before loading and after delivery; report discrepancies.
• Assist with stock count and inventory checking to maintain accurate records.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and comply with safety requirements.
• Keep company vehicle clean, safe and in good condition; report defects.
• Conduct basic pre-trip checks before operating the vehicle.
• Follow road safety rules and delivery schedules; maintain delivery records.
• Assist Warehouse Supervisor to ensure efficient operations and adherence to procedures.
