Job description

Mono & Co has over 10 years of experience in the digital marketing industry, specializing in e-commerce enablement and a full suite of digital marketing services, inclusive of warehousing and fulfilment services.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Seri Kembangan. The Warehouse Operation Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing inventory, optimizing warehouse processes, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment. This role requires strong leadership skills to supervise warehouse staffs, maintain accurate records, and address any operational issues.

1. Daily Operations Management

  • Lead, supervise, and schedule a team of warehouse assistants/pickers/packers.
  • Monitor inbound receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, and outbound dispatch.
  • Ensure orders are fulfilled according to SLAs (SOP accuracy, timeliness, cut-off time).
  • Oversee packaging quality, correct labelling, and compliance with courier / marketplace requirements.
  • Manage daily resource allocation—manpower, equipment, and work assignments.

2. Inventory & Quality Control

  • Maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock checks, and root-cause analysis.
  • Ensure proper product handling, storage methods, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
  • Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor product expiry, product condition, and prevention of damages.
  • Train new staff on SOPs, safety guidelines, and performance expectations.
  • Motivate team members and build a positive work culture focused on accountability.
  • Track staff performance, attendance, and discipline; elevate issues where required.
  • Coach team to achieve productivity and quality benchmarks.

4. Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Ensure full compliance with warehouse SOPs and safety standards.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements for efficiency.
  • Work closely with the IT/WMS team to troubleshoot scanning or system issues.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports: order status, task performance, incident logs, inventory results.

5. Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with Customer Service and Transport providers to resolve issues.
  • Communicate order delays, stock issues, or operational risks promptly.
  • Support onboarding of new clients into the fulfilment process.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of warehouse or e-fulfilment experience; at least 1 year in supervisory/lead role.
  • Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Leadership skills to manage warehouse staff and drive operational efficiency.
  • Experience in e-commerce fulfilment (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Shopify etc.) is an advantage.
