Job description

At Orient Biotech Sdn Bhd, we are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient and effective management of our comprehensive warehousing and distribution operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of our products from production to delivery. This full-time position is based in our Rawang, Selangor facility.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products
• Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to ensure accurate stock levels and optimal storage utilisation
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the warehouse team, including scheduling, training, and performance management
• Develop and execute warehouse procedures and protocols to drive productivity, efficiency, and safety
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams to align warehouse activities with business requirements
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
• Experience in Warehouse Management System (WMS), strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, Halal competency, warehouse operations, including inventory management, space utilisation, and logistics planning
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to optimise warehouse processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
• Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in the industry
• Must be willing to work in Serendah (Rawang) / Selayang
